Original idea of writing a book was that anyone can start making paper threads and also preserving the precious handmade culture of the common people.
It took time, but I was able to make it into the book with help of many friends. The book is "Kigami and Kami-ito" in both Japanese and English.

The book is 88 pages in B5 format and contains samples of kigami (Japanese Handmade Paper) and kami-ito (Paper Thread). Clear explanation and many photographs will help the readers to understand the contents.

B5 size 20 page Moro-jifu catalogue was issued at the same time of the "Moro-jifu Exhibition" in May 2016.
It includes the introductory statements by Maki Tsuchida and Susan Warner Keene, and essaies, photos and detailed information of papers, weave, dyes by the artist.

“Kigami and Kami-ito, Japanese Handmade Paper and Paper Thread” book and "Moro-jifu, Weaving Cloth from Paper" catalogue in English are available at a museum shop of the Textile Museum of Canada. Please refer the following website.
